Sold our house in two days!Dan really understood and worked with our unique family and selling needs. Surprisingly, he told us to only fix a couple issues, no other updates. He said he didn't want us sinking money into the house that we weren't going to get back. How refreshing!He helped us negotiate a timeline and price that we were happy with. As a first time homebuyer, Dan's advice and expertise in location and maintenance issues was very helpful. We looked at a few older houses in the area and brought up some of the issues I might have and suggested that due to my work schedule I would more than likely want to avoid those houses. After living in my home for a few months now, I am very thankful for that advice because I would not have had the time that I thought I would to make renovations if I was in an older home.
