Why Work With Dan Seda?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Dan was wonderful to work with in buying and selling a condo for our elderly mother. He answered all our questions and was very quick to respond to all my messages. We appreciated all his honest advice and we would highly recommend him to all our friends and family looking to buy or sell a property in the Cedar Rapids area.

Dan did an excellent job on explaining the process, helping us get through the listing discussions and promoting the residence, we were very pleased in the responsiveness, timeliness and communication all which seems hard to find these days, but Dan did excellent.
